据中国人民银行官方微信公众号消息，中国人民银行14日发布外籍来华人员支付指南。指南中提到，外籍来华人员可持护照等有效证件就近去银行网点开立本外币银行账户。此外，如持有toss pay等境外电子钱包的用户，可直接使用现有钱包进行支付，无需另行下载其他APP。详细指南如下：
